The name Gingko Biloba is not a fluke, it is the name of the oldest reported tree on the planet and the only one to have survived all of the climatic upheavals of our planet.
Created by the UCL and the City of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, this place seeks to promote the citizen efforts to ensure the viable future of our planet. Every six weeks, a new exhibition is organized. Documents and advice about energy economy, eco-consumption, climate, biodiversity in Belgium and the environment are available.
Friendliness and exchanges are the key words at the Sustainable Development Office and for its organizers who will welcome you warmly during conferences, discussion workshops or even for a visit of the entity depending on the theme tackled.
Also, Gingko want to inspire the public to become aware of the impacts of our lifestyle, even that of minors, and to change our behavior.
